Omelet, as well as eggs, has long been surprising. Surely every schoolboy knows how to cook such simple meals. But sometimes not every adult tries to diversify dishes from eggs, supplementing them with some other product. But an omelet can be made incredibly tasty and nutritious, adding to it just, for example, a little ham. But the dish will be much tastier, more flavorful and more satisfying than from eggs alone.
To prepare such an omelette you will need:
a pair of chicken eggs,
small slice of ham,
a piece of margarine,
and, of course, a good frying pan.
Let’s start preparing an omelette with ham:
Beat eggs in a bowl, add pepper and salt to them. Chop the small ham into a ham.
We put a small piece of margarine in a frying pan, and when it melts, pour out the beaten eggs.
As soon as the edges of the omelet begin to bake, put the pieces of ham on top.
In order for the omelet to be completely baked, it is necessary to pull its already peeled edges to the middle with a fork or scapula, while tilting the frying pan so that the liquid eggs drain to the bottom of the frying pan and are baked.
When the whole omelet is baked, its edges are bent to the middle, folding in the form of a patty.
In this form, move the omelette to a plate and cut it for convenience into pieces.
Serve the omelet to the table preferably hot.
